Artur Fenzlau was an Austrian motorcycle and motor racing photographer from a young man in the 1920's up to his death in 1984.
His extensive photographic and negative collection has, in the main, gone to the Technical Museum of Austria in Vienna who have digitised much of it and it is available for the public to view on their website....http://www.technischesmuseum.at/

What a superb series of race action photos! I'm guessing he was using Agfa film in a 6x9 cm camera. Thanks for the treat, Jim A., Tucson,AZ
Jim,
You are right about the negative format, unsure if Agfa, but likely so...
Detail for the pics listed is...
Material: cellulose
technology: S-negative on plastic substrate
size: 4.5 x 6 cm
Date: 06/10/1939
Author: Arthur Fenzlau

Those photos of Jimmie Guthrie that you say are at the 1935 Swiss GP are actually photos of him at the 1936 Swiss GP. If you look at his Norton Model 30, which he is standing next to in one of the photos, you can see the rear plunger suspension which weren't on any Norton Model 30/40's until 1936. Plus I have seen these photos before and know for a fact they were taken at the 1936 GP.
Thanks Charlie...I rechecked the source and found I'd made a typo with the date which is as you say in the 1936 Swiss GP.
My thanks...
Dennis Quinlan.
